Manager needed to help find land and get it purchased and sold. Excel spreadsheet skills and computer skills regarding websites, title searches, online filing of deeds is necessary. A real estate/title/banking background would be helpful. This is not a general labor position. Errands to bank and post office are close by and usually daily. Fun office environment, non-smoker. Only self-starters will make it in this position as you will be working alone after training is complete. This is a job for a person who enjoys working alone in a quiet environment in a local office.
