The Regional CFOwill oversee 2 separate sister facilities, totaling over 400 inpatient beds. This role is situated at the 210+ bed for-profit short term acute care facility, which offers a variety of medical services: advanced cardiovascular services, 24-hour emergency care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, radiology and diagnostic imaging services, comprehensive women’s services, pediatric care, wound care, as well as adult and neonatal intensive care.The main facility is a designated trauma center, and continually receives 5-star ratings for its excellence in maternity care. Additionally, these hospitals are accredited by the DNV (Det Norske Veritas Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations).

The Hospital Chief Financial Officer Regional will have the wonderful opportunity to lead all financial activities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Hospital CFORegional will be largely responsible for managing hospital-wide financial and budgetary plans, overseeing the fiscal services departments, and collaborating with hospital leadership at both facilities to develop and implement long-term financial goals. The Regional Chief Financial Officer will manage financial affairs in accordance with the organization'svision and mission.

The Hospital CFORegional must possess a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, along with 7+ years of progressive healthcare financial leadership and management experience. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in for-profit hospital financial services.
