Lawn Care Maintenance Manager-Crew Leader. Annual Salaried Position.
Looking to hire a full-time crew leader and manager for an established lawn company.
Ideal candidate would be able to ensure quality work while managing employees and dealing well with customers.
You MUST have a good driving record and have a history of dealing honestly with people.
I am more concerned with finding an honest person with stable employment history. Do not call me if you have had multiple short term jobs or want me to pay you under the table.
Job duties would include: servicing lawn maintenance routes, customer relations and contact, manage employee work schedule. Work schedule through summer is Monday-Saturday. Work schedule through fall and winter is Monday-Friday. Major holidays off and paid vacation after a year.
Salary, with commission for additional sales and cell phone paid.
