Aerotek is currently seeking a CNC Production Assistant Manager to the Plant Manager at a machine shop in Lubbock, TX. Candidate will also be responsible for set-ups, edits and quality control. 40% of the time this person will be on the machines while the other time they will be responsible for leading 5 machinists. They will be required to motivate, delegate, prioritize and schedule the work.
