Grassano Properties is looking for an enthusiastic person to add to our team. We are in search of a leasing agent preferably with experience. Pay will be determined from previous experience as well. We are located at 2401 20th Street Lubbock, TX.
Qualifications:
18 years or older
High school diploma
NALP certification (not required but preferred)
Worked at a previous management company as a leasing professional
Skills Needed:
Answering telephone calls with professionalism
Greet customers with a smile and speak professionally
Flexible with work hours (will have to work on Saturdays) 10:00am-2:00pm
Must be able to learn quickly we use multiple different software's so you must be able to catch on relatively quickly. (AppFolio and tenant tracker experience a plus)
