Dakota Arms has a full time job opening for a Porter/Groundskeeper Position.
Part of your responsibilities would be the following:
Pools maintenance
Cleaning and maintaining the Grounds
Removal of Trash and Litter
Sweeping& pressure washingsidewalks and pathways
Clean common areas
Trashing out apartments with Make Ready team
Additional tasks as assigned by the Service Supervisor and Community Manager
This position requires that you lift a minimum of 50 pounds, flexibility to walk, bend kneel, reach and climb ladders to perform tasks as assigned to you. The majority of your work hours will be spent outside in all weather conditions.
Our candidates should have high energy, enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service, capable of working in inclement weather and have good communication skills.
Salary will be determined by experience and qualifications.
As a condition of employment we would require satisfactory employment references, drug test and background check.
