All-State Fence & Supply is seeking a full time fork lift driver/warehouse team member. Applicant must be 21 years of age or older. You must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record!
The successful applicant will be working 12 hours a day Mon-Fri and every other Saturday for 9 hours. One week you will get 60 hours per week and the next week you will get 69 hours per week. You get paid overtime (time and a half) after 40 hours of work in one week. This position is a permanent position. You will be leaving in our company car pool at 5:30 am and driving to Midland, TX and you will work at our Midland store until 3:30 and return to Lubbock at 5:30 pm. You are paid for driving time. You will also be alternating on some days by working from 7:30 am and returning at 7:30 pm. Every other Saturday; you will be required to work 9 hours by leaving at 6:00 am and returning to Lubbock at 3:00 pm (our Midland store is open from 8:00 to 1:00 on Saturdays). This position requires heavy lifting. Fork Lift Experience is necessary. Starting wage is $13.00 per hour. We pay more for those who have years of warehouse/Fork Lift experience or Welding Experience. We give raises twice a year if the team member is progressing. We are a fast growing company with a lot of room for advancement.
Duties Include:
Pulling orders for supply customers and crew orders
Loading and unloading trucks
Normal warehouse duties
Scraping and painting gates after the gates have been welded
Stretching chain link and barbed wire to gate frames after the gates are welded
Picking up used fence and hauling fence to the landfill
Additional Requirements:
Must be honest, humble, hardworking and dependable
Applicant must have a valid drivers license
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
