Qualifications:
Experienced in indoor & outdoor residential and commercial painting
Physically capable of lifting 70lbs, standing, sitting, and bending
Ability to paint while standing on scaffold or suspended
Efficient in removal of old paint and other materials or markings
Capable of performing minor repair such a filling holes or replacing wood
Knowledgeable of different types & shades of paint to use for specific projects
Ability to work independently to achieve a completed job in a timely manner
Completely clean the worksite and store materials & supplies as instructed
Have reliable transportation and a clean appearances
Able to collaborate with other painters on the job site
Equipment to be used:
Brush, roller, striping machine, taping/masking equipment, spray equipment, sand/water blaster, air compressor, dry wall tools, ladder and scaffolding
