Job DescriptionOnsite Recruiter - Job Position ProfilePosition MissionThe Onsite Recruiter works on the customer's premises or is dedicated to a specific customer. The primary responsibilities of the Onsite Recruiter is to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, solutions for customer's job openings. This role will act as liaison between Volt and our customer and will represent Volt and the client in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner.Essential ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Efforts Responsible to implement a client specific staffing and recruiting plan and processes, strategies, and solutions to exceed our customer's staffing needs. Meet with client managers and potential clients on a regular basis to monitor quality, assess upcoming needs, current service level, new or changing issues in the department, staffing opportunities, etc. Perform sourcing functions and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates . Submit qualified candidates and respond to client concerns. Extend the offer to the candidate and complete the documentation for new hire set up. Provide exceptional customer service in meeting our customer's requirements such as; KPI's and SLA's . Create referral campaign program, in conjunction with your leadership to increase referral opportunities . Create a positive working environment for Volt contingent employee's by creating relationships with employees .Operational Efforts - Conduct interviews, reference checks, and QC calls to employees. Must possess the excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives. Manage daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Document reasons for termination and ensure requests from Volt's unemployment vendor are responded to in a timely manner; document all personnel issues and maintain personnel files up to-date Conduct all off boarding processes including termination exit interviews . Perform functions to ensure accurate pay/bill processes Attend or ensure attendance of a Volt representative at all client events for which field employees are invited . Provide client with reports and information as required and in a timely manner; ability to arrive to work at a specified time . Attendance is an essential function of the job .Sales Efforts - Engage sales strategies to grow existing business and promote advantages and share benefits of the Volt contract to customer . Design creative solutions to meet customer challenges, increase margins/business, and improve retention . Create growth and work to identify additional sales opportunities.Job RequirementsQualifications & Required SkillsAny combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
