Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives for the greater McAllen area.
The Customer Service Representatives must take initiative under the direction of Office Supervisor/CSR Lead, ensure accuracy with customer, professionalism in emailing and interaction with customer; refer concerns and complaints to supervisor. Take telephone calls/messages and forward phone calls to appropriate team members, etc Will need to provide excellent customer service through communication and presentation to all customers.
Qualified candidates for these positions MUST:
- Have 1-2 years of strong customer service experience over the phone
- Have good bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Have a HS Diploma or GED
- Be able to work Monday through Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
