El Rodeo Meat Market & Taco Express is looking for an experienced cook to be part of its food truck staff & Meat market; we are looking for motivated and energetic people to work with us. With roots in Monterey, Nuevo Leon, and recipes perfected in the Rio Grande Valley, El Rodeo Meat Market & Taco Express delivers authentic Mexican dishes made with fresh, flavorful ingredients. We pride ourselves preparing homemade tortillas, salsas and authentic recipes daily.
Requirements:
1+ years kitchen experience
- Authorize to work in the US
Previous food truck experience / catering events is a PLUS
Must be able to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation & personal cell phone
Cleanliness, organizational skills and good customer service skills
Able to stand for 5-9 hours and lift 30-50lbs
Knowledge of proper food handling protocol and knife skills/safety
A valid TX Food handling card
