Must have Personal Assistance Services (PAS) knowledge, two (2) years minimum experience. Must have knowledge in creating and working with Authorizations with all MCOs and HHSC to ensure Authorizations are generated and proper documentation is in order per program rules. Will also be doing MESAVs, file management, and must have good organizational skills. Great customer service with Clients and Attendants is a must! VESTA knowledge required.
