Assistant Apartment Maintenance Tech
Will be assisting the maintenance supervisor in the following:
Making units ready for new move-ins. Light plumbing, painting, moving/replacing appliances, checking light fixtures. Minor repairs/patch up work. Removing/replacing sinks, door knobs, window blinds, faucets and A/C filters. Ground work: light landscaping work, picking up trash around facility and other general labor duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
