Farmers Insurance is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Agency Producer. The ideal candidate MUST possess a Property & Casualty and or Life & Health license or have significant experience in the insurance industry. The Position is Full-Time Mon-Fri during normal business hours. Hourly compensation ranges between $12hr or higher plus commission depending on experience.
Our Protégé Program which is a 12 month program in which the producer must write 100k in premium within 12 months and he/she will automatically qualify to own their own agency. The protégé candidate will still receive an hourly base plus commission throughout the program
Immediate Training is available
QUALIFICATIONS
Clean Background (No criminal record)
Clean driving record (Valid drivers license)
TX Insurance license is required (General lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health)
