We are a gated, senior citizen retirement community well located in Weslaco, in search of a husband-and-wife team to serve as Assistant Managers. The husband would work closely with the Property Manager to ensure maintenance performance. The wife would report to the Business\Office Manager by working the front desk, receiving rent, posting accounts and general office needs. He would need some basic background in construction and general maintenance. She would need basic accounting skills, common sense and able to make computer entries for accounting.
The right couple would live rent free in a lovely company home on the property, have free electricity, water, lawn care, and Spectrum services for wifi, internet, and basic TV packages plus a small monthly salary.
