Our Office staff is responsible for:
Maintaining high occupancy through effective leasing and marketing
o Affordable Housing communities require waitlist management according to program rules and regulations
Preparing lease documents and related paperwork
o Affordable Housing communities require Move In certifications and yearly recertification document preparation
Rent collection
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports as needed
Creating and maintaining vendor and resident relations

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of hands on experience
Valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
