Are you ready to work for a local, family owned business that has been a staple in the valley for over 35 years? Holiday Wine and Liquor is looking to fill a few positions at our Mcallen locations! We are looking for hardworking people with a "can do" attitude, a punctual personality, and a keen interest in learning and becoming proficient in the various products we sell.

Cashier/Register Duties include:
1) Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
2) Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
3) Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
4) Greet customers entering establishments.
5) Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
6) Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, optical scanners.
7.) Experience in up-selling and add-on sales.
8.) strong mental math skills.
Stocking/Wholesale Duties Include:
1) Unloading merchandise.
2.) Stock shelves with unpacked items.
3) Helping customers fill orders and carrying them out.
4) Prepare merchandise for shipment.
5) Maintaining store cleanliness.
6.) Assist with retail sales.
7.) Following directions.
8.) MUST have a valid Texas driver's license to be considered for this position
