Requisition Number: 85007 The position of Order Fulfillment Specialist (OFS) is responsible for the proactive management of open orders (Backlog). This will include working through operational issues with suppliers and sales teams, providing strong client service and maintaining data accuracy within SAP. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be empowered to resolve issues as they relate to their assigned responsibilities. Teamwork with internal and external departments is necessary to ensure achievement of overall team goals.

Open Order Management:
- Management of data integrity to improve system accuracy
- Management of order receipt confirmation process
- Process goods receipt (GR) for orders.
- Manage ETAs for open purchase orders
Supplier / Material Management:
- Work with vendors on most accurate ETAs
- Update Insight's systems and backorder reporting with accurate data
- Facilitate backorder switching to vendor with stock

- Process PO cancellations
Coordination with Sales and other Insight teams:
- Work with Order Fulfillment Analyst to action ETA trends
- Communicate impact of backorder switches with Client Operations/Sales
- Respond and send ESD software requests to clients
- Work with various internal and external departments
- Backup other team members via cross training of programs and job functions
- Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education and/or Experience: College degree preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and/or issues from suppliers, management, and other teammates.

Strong client service skills and commitment to client excellence. Ability to understand and respond to client needs. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills required. An ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills with a focus on excel. Previous SAP experience a plus.

Ability to uphold the stress of traveling.
