We are looking for someone outgoing with good phone presence that can deal with constant changes, long hours, and the right amount of stress, meanwhile, being able to service current and new potential customers. The produce industry is very challenging, yet rewarding career that will open up many doors for the right individuals.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Logistics and Sales Manager on product availability and market trends
Research and identify potential customers
Effectively communicate our business to current and potential customers throughout Mexico, US, and Canada
Demonstrate the company’s product in a positive and mutually beneficial way to customers
Become knowledgeable of our products
Be able to answer customer phone calls in the after hours
Ability to make arrangements on days that it is required to work longer than usual hours
Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience in the produce industry preferred
Prior knowledge of the Logistics and Supply Chain Operations preferred
1+ years of Sales experience
Must possess fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Proficient at Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, a plus
