JOB DESCRIPTION:
Load plan and send out reports for status
Assist company drivers for trouble shooting
Track and enter necessary data onto the system
Read and interpret routes to assist drivers in planning the most efficient route
Acknowledge regulations and duties of truck drivers in comprehensive way
Maintain close working relationship with drivers and office staffs
Check shipments availability with customers via the phone or email and dispatch trucks or drivers accordingly
Keep following status from pickup to delivery and update to relative parties
Collaborate with multiple parties involving the movement of cargos
AR/AP
Experience in Safety and maintenance required
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
0-2 years for the entry level and + 3 years for the experienced level
Bilingual in Spanish and English required
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency in MS Office Products
