- Lead the team of mailroom Supervisors to execute the department's vision, goals and objectives
- Monitor production and operation of mailroom teams to deliver internal customer satisfaction
- Mange the daily operations of the Address Change Unit located in Oklahoma City and monitor unit KPI's for SLA satisfaction
- Act as a primary point of contact for Globe Life's relationship with USPS, FedEx, and UPS
- Collaboration with various business units and stakeholders for special requests and inquiries regarding incoming/outgoing mail and distribution
- Work closely and collaborate with Enterprise Facility and Enterprise Security teams for proactive solutions to both internal and external conditions
- Balance the logistical needs of the mailrooms and each of the stakeholder business units
- Address challenges and inefficiencies in service delivery
- MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Detail orientation with strong organization skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage logistics across geographic territories
- Ability to lead and direct a team for collaboration
- Critical thinking and reasoning for creative solutions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 5 years of experience in Mailroom Operations
- 1-3 years of Supervisory experience
- HS diploma
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
