- Responsible for the installation, configuration, policy administration, security, and Tier 2/3 support of Palo Alto firewalls
- Administration of Cisco Routers & Switches, WAP, ISR, ACI and Meraki
- Manages and configures Cisco ISE
- VoIP Collaboration technologies, CUCM, UCCX, IM&P, Unity, CER, Expressway, and WebEx.
- Maintain DR test plans and ensure all links and circuits are available for failover/DR
- Design, configure, monitor and maintain VPN connectivity for remote access and vendor connectivity.
- Order, monitor, configure, and support all LAN and WAN connectivity throughout the environment.
- Responsible for failover scheduling, execution and documentation for all Network and SIP connectivity.
- Complete network related audit requirements including security configurations, OS upgrades and maintain nightly backups of all devices and network related servers.
- 8 years hands-on expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: routers, switches, Palo Alto, wireless access points and controllers, and monitoring applications
- 5+ years Palo Alto Networks Firewalls experience
- Detailed knowledge of network, transport and application protocols, BGP, MPLS, EIGRP, OSPF, VPC, 802.1Q, ether channel, STP, RSTP, VTP, QoS, ACLs, VxLAN, TCP/UDP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, SIP, RTP
- Installing and configuring networking hardware and upgrade of WLAN devices - WLC, AP, Meraki
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic network experience including deep dives into packet captures, Splunk logs, configuring monitor/session ports, trace routes, debugs and more.
