Requirements:

At Least Ten Years Field Management Experience
Proven Track Record In Recruiting
Proven Track Record of leadership development through coaching and mentoring. Experience is building agencies from scratch a plus.
Technology-savvy with the ability to Consume Large Amounts of Data and execute an action plan based on that data

Required Experience:

Experience leading and managing through Salesforce
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
B2B Worksite Sales Experience A Plus
Extensive Travel-4 days a week or more based on business needs
