The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for recommending, planning, and monitoring the execution of marketing strategies that establish brand consistency, increase sales and agent recruiting, and further other strategic initiatives. Job duties include market research, campaign and concept development and project-based management. To help ensure everyone is working toward the same goals, the Strategic Marketing Manager will schedule regular communication with company and sales division leadership to define objectives, discuss planned strategy, and share results.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Lead campaign ideation and concept development against Company's growth strategies and key initiatives
  • Gain team alignment with internal clients as initiatives and campaigns are built out
  • Create audience/customer personas, journeys, lifecycle models, and other strategic framework, and maintain with current data and analytics
  • Identify key points along the audience/customer lifecycle to leverage interaction and recommend solution-based marketing strategies to nurture, convert, engage, and/or retain audience
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality final deliverables to executive leadership complete with action-oriented recommendations rooted in market validation
  • Study competitor programs and loyalty tactics, present counter strategies to leadership team
  • Cultivate audience/customer advocate strategies
  • Optimize efforts through A/B testing and performance metric tracking
  • Maintain expertise on market and competitive tools and techniques, as well as emerging business models
  • On-site personalization recommending next best-product, offer or content to convert

Required Skills:
  • Ability to efficiently manage competing priorities across a matrixed group of stakeholders
  • Strong professional presence and persuasive presentation skills that drive strategic discussion and clear action-oriented outcomes
  • Demonstrable knowledge of best practices and orchestration across all Company channels that touch audience/customer groups
  • Experience analyzing marketing campaigns, running A/B tests, and providing actionable insights/recommendations for next steps
  • Conduct market and alternative research and present findings to help with decision making

Required Experience:
  • BA in Business/Marketing from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years related experience in omnichannel marketing/advertising
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
