Billing Supervisor

DescriptionWell established services company in the Permian Basin is seeking a Billing Supervisor for their Midland location. The Billing Supervisor will report directly to the Billing manager and over see a staff of 10 to 15 employees. The Billing Supervisor will primarily responsible for managing the staff with in the department and providing guidance, coordinating tasks, troubleshooting obstacles, and monitoring processes to ensure that invoicing is done accurately and timely. This Billing Supervisor requires confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism due to interaction with high-level individuals and customers outside of the company. The Billing Supervisor also requires interaction with many departments within the Company to ensure that customer and other billing information is kept up to date, to address problems that may affect other departments, as well as to provide information needed to support customer relationships. This Billing Supervisor will also be responsible for performing office tasks such as generating invoices, maintaining records and other similar duties.
