This company in the Oil Gas - Field Svcs field is seeking a General Office Clerk to perform various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment and completing general clerical work.Responsibilities

Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as necessary

Provide front desk and receptionist support

Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing

Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format

Place and receive telephone calls

Deliver warm, hospitable customer service accurately according to appropriate time frames

Offer a warm face for customers

Requirements

1 year of Office Clerk experience recommended

Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

Word and Excel experience is desired

Ability to multitask effectively

This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

Skilled in handling office equipment

Expertise in numeric data entry

Strong familiarity with Data General

Data entry experience desired
