Provides support for land acquisition projects, landowner & invoice payments processing and reporting, records and data management, and rights and obligations research related to real property.
Under limited supervision prepare typical land agreements and permits and other documents
Organize land files, analyze information, scan documents and enter critical information into EnLink’s LandWorks property management database
Utilize company systems (ex: PeopleSoft) to generate a variety of reports for data extraction and analysis
Research and maintain a general understanding and knowledge of EnLink pipeline easements, surface leases, deeds, railroad licenses and other real property agreements within the Permian Basin asset
Prepare, process, and report landowner and invoice payments in support of projects
Generate land project reports for major projects and ongoing operational activities; compile actual costs data during projects for comparison to budget and for future budgeting
Work as a liaison with brokers to ensure accounting procedures are followed, solve invoice issues, ensure documents and files submittals are accurate and complete; as well as builds communication relationships with internal departments to ensure an open flow of information
Build relationships with support staff in other key departments (engineering, operations, accounting, commercial) to solve routine issues, facilitate flow of basic information between departments necessary to achieve company goals, and to direct issues to the appropriate party for resolution
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 - 4 years of energy industry experience; midstream/pipeline preferred
Requires strong computer skills
Can anticipate problems and proactively seek to resolve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Uses skill and sound judgment to solve complex problems independently
Attention to detail is critical
Ability to initiate new ideas and methods
May serve as resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues
