Comdata Fuel cards are issued to every truck with some awesome fuel discounts at every participating TA, Petro, Loves and Flying Pilot truckstop. No fuel advances are needed! We do not do FSC so drivers have plenty of fuel to get their loads from point A to point B.
We offer a 1-year free OOIDA membership to each driver. After that, it is offered to the driver at a discounted rate.
Maintenance accounts are available for your equipment.
Free MVR and Drug Testing.

We do not travel to Canada or Mexico
The Northeast is NOT on our map so unless you like going up there, you won't have to worry about us trying to get you to take a load that way.
We are a NO Hazmat Company.
Drivers who own tractors that are a 2000 model or newer are required to install an ELD.
Drivers are responsible for their weekly deductions.
An escrow account is required for each truck. $1250.00
Drivers are responsible for their fuel used, as well as insurance and any necessary permits, such as Oregon, New York or wide load permits.
Driver Qualifications
The minimum qualifications required to lease onto Texas Express Freight, LLC are as follows:
Drivers must be a US citizen and be 30 years of age or older.
A valid Class A CDL is required.
Must have 3 years of verifiable commercial OTR experience in the past 5 years.
Must have at least 2 years of experience with your preferred trailer.
No serious moving violations within the past 5 years.
No preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
Drivers must be able to pass a drug test, both pre-employment and random testing.
Drivers must have a current DOT Physical.
Drivers must be able to pass a background check.
No DUIs in the past 5 years.
No felonies in the past 10 years.
TWIC Card preferred but is not required.
Equipment Qualifications
All equipment must pass DOT inspections.
Drivers must supply their own chains, binders, tarps, etc
There are no age restrictions on equipment unless you are wanting to travel to California, then you have to abide by their requirements.
