Project Manager needed! Great company! Looking for experience with Red/Yellow/Green, etc.
The PM defines job activities and requirements for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting and implementing project and/or interrelated program activities in a PMO environment ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This role facilitates and executes internally defined processes in IT projects, product management, budge alignment, service level management and IT Services Management.- Provide leadership, organization and coordination to support PMO's key activities, encompassing program planning, governance and project management./ Strong leadership qualities
- Take ownership of the project (s) throughout the lifecycle
- Attention to detail and thoroughness is critical
- Guide project stakeholders in defining project scope, charter and other project deliverables.
- Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
- Proactive, assertive and has a sense of urgency
- Follows through and ensures tasks are completed
- Works autonomously and decisively
- Has experience in managing projects in application development and e-commerce
- Experience in managing projects in Microsoft CRM a plus
- Deep knowledge in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- 3-10 years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience with Project Management best practices, principles and practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science preferred
- PMI Certification or other Project Management Certification preferred
