IT Systems Administrator (SCCM) Under general supervision, responsible for administration, analysis and support activities associated with Microsoft Active Directory; DNS/DHCP systems; server and desktop operating systems; file and print management systems; messaging/collaboration systems; System Center applications; system and data backup/recovery. Works with other IT resources and vendors to design, implement, operate and support assigned systems.
The SCCM Administrator- Ensures SCCM environment heath across multiple datacenters and 100+ software distribution points.
- Maintains server and workstation heath by deploying monthly Windows feature and security updates.
- Mitigates software vulnerability of applications by managing and deploying 3rd party software updates across systems.
- Ensures SCCM client health across endpoints.
- Maintains antivirus updates across Windows endpoints using SCCM.
- Maintains configuration baselines across endpoints using SCCM and Group Policies.
- Monitors endpoint health and connectivity using Microsoft Intune for non-domain joined devices.
- Deploys software/manages system configuration of Microsoft Intune managed endpoints.
- Works with business units/project teams by providing software deployment support for new applications.
