Adecco is teaming with one of our clients to source an Accounts Payables Clerk.Responsibilities include:
Managing the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, delivering and sorting interoffice mail.
Responsible for organizing and filing all paid invoices, expense reports
Other Accounts Payable related items.
Responsible for owning and maintaing Accounts Payable vendor files.
Ability to retrieve archived files from the storage area located at the basement.
Assist Accounts Payable Associates in the areas of data entry, research, and other areas as needed.
Provides customer service to internal and external customers
Must have a high school education or GED, and at least 2 years of accounts payable experience.
