HCS Renewable Energy is seeking a dynamic inside sales professional working in Odessa, Texas. Â
The successful candidate(s) will have:
Hunter mentality with lead aggressive generation skills
At least 2 years successful B2B sales experience
Good understanding of selling through social media business channels; LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
Experience with a ATM/CRM such as Bullhorn, Sales Force, HubSpot
Experience with web conferencing tools; WebEx, GoToMeeting, Zoom
Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and sales skills.
Past experience increasing revenue and meeting quota in an assigned target list.
As a HCS Renewable Energy representative you would:
Identify prospects through telephone, social media and marketing programs.
Build relationships with industry partners, developers; general contractors; subcontractors and facilities managers working on commercial, industrial & institutional renewable energy projects.
Review market services to identify projects to bid, as well as communicating with existing customers to respond appropriately to their request for quotations.
Utilize estimating software to price out projects for presentation to management, obtaining material quotes, equipment rental pricing and miscellaneous consumables.
Prepare bid packages to transmit to customers.
Follow-up with customers to determine success rates.
Maintain database in a CRM on a daily basis.
Maintain a minimum of 50 contacts per day with Target Accounts.
Make Weekly / Daily contact with Accounts
Be available to take calls from Project Superintendents during some evening and weekend hours
Manage / Gather all upcoming project details & communicate them efficiently to our team while staying aware of and updating on any and all changes

Requirements:
B2B sales experience.
Associates Degree, post high school education experience required
Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and sales skills.
Demonstrated Past experience increasing revenue and meeting quota in an assigned territory.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. CRM experience a plus!
Availability to travel to Annual Solar Conventions and occasional travel to the offices of current / potential clients
