Seller Finance Realtors Wanted. 3-6% Commisions Per Sale
Our company, AMI Capital (www.ami-capital) focuses on offering 30 year home financing for those that cannot quality for conventional mortgages but deserve one. This includes low/no credit, no SS#, ITIN card holders and foreigners. Buyer can choose any home they'd like and AMI Capital will finance it with a 30-year fixed mortgage. Buyers go through the same pre-qualification process like any conventional mortgage. However, we dont care about SS# and W2 income. All we care about is ability to pay mortgage.
What We're Looking For In Our Realtors:
- Ethics: Honest/ethical realtors. You must have the highest level of ethics. We do check references.
- Bilingual: must be able to speak Spanish
- Tenure: realtor for 2+ years with atleast 25 home sale/purchases completed.
- Loves money: the commision per transaction varies between 3-6% based on the quality of the buyer.
- Hustler mentality: you will need to find your own leads, and we'll show you how. To do well, you must have that hustler mentality.
- Seller finance experience: a big plus, but not necessary
What We Offer Home Buyers:
- Any home buyer picks, we'll finance after buyer pre-approved
- ITIN, foreigner, low/no credit okay. No SS# required.
- 30 year fixed rate mortgages, no pre-payment penalty (refi anytime)
- Any SFH the buyer chooses below $200K
- Cash income okay. We only care about the buyer's ability to pay, not what their W2 looks like or legal status.
- Fully automated reporting 24/7. Helpline available M-F 8am-7pm.
Training:
- If selected, you will receive full training from AMI Capital
