Beauty Barrage is a company that hires, trains, & manages a team of brand ambassadors across the country.
We work with a wide variety of categories such as skincare, makeup, & haircare brands within the industry and support leading retailers such as Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, etc.
Requirements:
Must love everything Beauty!
Must have experience in the beauty/retail industry
Candidate must be comfortable demonstrating beauty products on customers
Must be tech savvy -we have a proprietary app that you will be required to use successfully
Reliable transportation
Able to represent the brand look while adhering to dress code policies of the various retailers
Being a self-starter is a MUST, this job often requires working independently
Must be punctual and dependable
Outgoing, positive, trustworthy
Excellent communication skills
Must be available during peak retail times.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Sales
Manage and track sales daily
Achieve/exceed brand sales goals
Communicate any challenges, in store opportunities and WINS
Perform product demonstrations and educate customers and staff
Utilize creative techniques such as sampling and displaying a demo table to showcase the brand
Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
Complete required brand survey with commentary and pictures after every shift
Education
Be the expert on the brand your representing
Excellent ability to coach and educate in various environments (one on one, mid to large group)
Build positive working relationships with the store staff
Participate on brand training and team rally calls
Utilize social media when necessary to assist in brand representation
