Civil Superintendent specializing in Oil Field Services
Scope of work:
Coordinate and manage multiple jobs
Schedule crew's and assign projects
Bids and estimates
Meet with clients
Operate heavy equipment (motor grader, excavator & dozer)
Manage employees
Determine if and how much aggregate is needed and schedule trucks
Follow safety rules
Equipment inspections (keep equipment clean and in good working order)
Must Have
Plenty of oilfield experience
Previously held a supervisor position
Ample knowledge about construction, excavating, grading and utilities
Efficiently operate motor grader, excavator, dozer, skid steer, loader and roller
Have a valid Drivers License, with clean MVR (CDL is a big plus)
Provide negative biological testing (Urinalysis 10 Panel Testing)
