This role is essential in developing and driving processes within one of Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies world class manufacturing facilities.9/80 WORK SCHEDULE, EVERY OTHER FRIDAY OFFUse your knowledge of manufacturing engineering fundamentals to help Honeywell PMT deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under general supervision and alongside some of the world’s most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of PMT products by evaluating the reliability of materials, properties and techniques used in production. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of maintenance/reliability engineering projects and programs to achieve Honeywell's customer and compliance objectives.Use your engineering experience to support development of new concepts, standards and processes in a manufacturing setting.Broaden and expand your supply chain and engineering knowledge by learning from highly experienced engineers and participating in challenging assignments.Support daily production activities and drive improvement in a challenging environment.YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering 1+ years of industrial experienceWE VALUE Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with SAP Basic knowledge of the field’s standards and specifications Ability to excel in a safety conscious environment Ability to focus on important information and identify key details Capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on tasks Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things doneAM202020Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
