Under supervision of a licensed nurse or with delegated responsibility from licensed nurse, provides direct patient careto include taking vital signs, assisting ambulation of patients, repositioning patient, assisting with toiletry needs, etc.
Documents appropriately. Reports unusual vital signs or skin breakdowns immediately. Communicates well with patients,
family members, co-workers and physicians.High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Certification as Nurse's Aide in the state of Texas OR previous patient careexperience preferred.
