We need an onsite senior Desktop Engineer with the below skills, but VMWare Workspace One skills is a must. This is an onsite role at Pasadena, TX.
O365 Administration - MS Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure ManagementO365 support services including online administration, resolution of end user issues, troubleshooting ofproblems and escalation to Microsoft where required. Tasks include:- Exchange online administration and support
- Support for all of Office 365 applications
- Troubleshoot distribution group issues
- Create, delete, and modify user mailboxes and resource mailboxes
- Coordinate high priority issues with Microsoft Support
- Patch identification, classification, evaluation, testing and deployment for supported applications
- Monthly release to all end points connected to the network through Endpoint Manager
- Deploy critical patches as required to address specific threats
- VMWare Workspace One for end point management
