Maintenance worker needed for two apartment complexes (64 units and 41 units) in Plainview, TX.iThis is a full time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 40 hours per week, and some on-call for after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance repairs.Candidate must have knowledge of basic apartment complex operations, various phases of maintenance (including drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, rehab and appropriate type of heating and air conditioning equipment), materials and equipment used in maintenance and repair. Must have knowledge of type and uses of common hand tools, power tools, and other tools used in maintenance and rehab and the ability to perform manual tasks requiring physical strength and endurance.Candidate must be experienced, dependable and have a good work ethic.
