Must be local or willing to relocate at your own expense Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer will provide customer insight to the organization through analysis, research, data wrangling, research, modeling, dashboard creation and data mining. They are supporting marketing data science team and customer journey (customer Svc, re-marketing)Responsibilities include: Provide analytical support to the organization by leveraging data mining tools and analytical methodologies. Build ML models using Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost etc) and deploy production quality code; assist in development, maintenance and enhancement of machine learning models in Amazon SageMaker. Integrate internal and external data sources, be comfortable working with both structured and unstructured large datasets. Manage/automate analytics projects from data retrieval / wrangling to dashboard creation using Tableau or Power BI. Prepare and deliver presentations with complex analytical concepts. Be comfortable presenting to the business and upper management. Experience doing deep dive analysis and applying analytic techniques to customer/consumer behavior data to determine key customer insights, drive business strategies and maximize ROI. Conduct multi-channel deep dive analysis to understand the customer journey and apply creativity when solving business problems. Ability to partner with business groups to provide decision support and help determine and drive business strategies by leveraging data. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: We are looking for Python programmer with Machine learning. Need someone with strong Python and SQL programming. Strong exp with predictive modeling, data sciences use cases, using ML Python Libraries (Such as: Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost or any similar libraries) Solid good exp to dash boarding with SQL and Tableau would be preferred.Experience developing models in the Jupiter notebook environment, using PythonExperience with data wrangling, data preparation, reverse engineering, and automation learning Solid SQL skills, able to write SQL code to pull the data from the databases Some of the reporting and dash boarding tools are Tableau and Power BI Experience developing machine learning models in Python Solid dash boarding skills in Tableau 2+ years experience in a Data Scientist Expert-level knowledge of at least one statistical programming language, such as Python, R and/or PySpark Able to Build ML models using Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost etc) Strong quantitative skills and able to apply advanced statistical or machine learning techniques Knowledge of dashboard and reporting software (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Understanding of relational databases Strong presentation and communication skills Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail Comfortable working with vendors and business partners and the ability to take initiative to drive projects forward. Must have a stable work history, working in a similar role Education: Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, etc) or sufficient on the job use of related skills. Masters/PhD. degree is a plus.
