Job Description Our client is an established startup headquartered in Plano Texas that specializes in streaming services for web and multi-sites. Their services give users a platform to upload live videos and download content. The company is in the process of building out a serverless platform and is looking to bring on a DevOps Engineer on a full-time direct-hire basis. Ideally, they are looking for a candidate skilled with scaling, cloud connectivity, infrastructure as code, and someone who has experience with either Google Cloud Platform or AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, and scripting with Python or Go. This position would require going onsite 1-2 days a week for meetings, and the compensation would be $145K-150K based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong engineering background - at least 3+ years
  • Solid understanding of Linux, cloud, and scripting
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based technologies - such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, and fun, the team setting
  • Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or related field
