Job Description

This role will be the Digital Services DevSecOps delivery lead for CGF covering data, analytics, and other digital projects. The role will be accountable for product/solution delivery for HR, Finance, Global Operations, Commercial, Global Procurement, GBS, and Sustainability. This will also be a key role who will work with CTO platform teams, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and CGF IT Leads to drive the build and deployment of relevant Digital products. This will be a key role on the CGF Digital Services team and is expected to be accountable for Data Engineering, Analytics, and other Digital product delivery. The role will also need to partner with other CGF team members to bring the Federated Digital Services operating model to life while ensuring we mature our adoption of Agile Project Delivery.The role can be based out of Plano, TX and/ or Purchase, NY locations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management, or related field

Experience:• 14+ years' experience in Information Technology or Business Relationship Management• 10+ years' experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, and BI build and technologies• Minimum 3 years experience in Agile product delivery, ideally as a Scrum Master• 2+ years working with Sustainability, R&D, HR, Finance, Procurement, and/or other related business functions• Partner with Sector IT Leads to envision and drive Digital Solutions in accordance with a Federated DevSecOps model• Act as an internal consultant to CGF teams on digital capabilities and potential use cases• Drive leverage of Enterprise Digital platforms and capabilities while championing the needs of business partners to ensure delivery of required solutions• Accountable for all work intake supporting the implementation of strategic project investments, and resulting business value, across various digital capabilities leveraging our Enterprise platforms• Lead delivery of key CGF projects within time and budget• Drive Agile product delivery• Proven experience in managing Data, BI, or Analytics projects• Thorough knowledge of modern data engineering patterns, data warehousing concepts, and data catalog tools (Alation)• Ability to budget resources and funding to meet project deliverables• Experience with leading brainstorming/ideation workshops with business• Demonstrated ability to drive innovative solutions using data science and machine learning• Demonstrated flexibility to manage resources to plan, including effectively handling spikes in demand• Scrum Master Certification is a major plus• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with collaboration and listening skills• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with senior business and IT leadership/management• Strong project & resource and financial management skills• Ability to work with virtual teams (remote work locations); lead team of technical resources (employees and contractors) based in multiple global locations• Strong communication skills to meet with delivery teams and business-facing teams, understand sometimes ambiguous needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirements
