If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer (WAN) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Role Responsibilities:-Help with modernization of the network enterprise leveraging new SD-WAN technology to improve efficiency, automation, and the ability to leverage various WAN connectivity options (e.g. MPLS, Broadband, 4G/5G).-Development, design, test, and implement SDWAN architecture-Conduct network planning, design, and initial implementation of new network project initiatives.-Coordination with team to procure the proper WAN circuit for the POC.-Coordinate with local Site ETs and TMs to coordinate installation and technician access.-Configuration of the monitoring tools to incorporate WAN circuits into management tools for continuous monitoring.-Help validate network design as per customer specifications including circuit protection, transport network selection, and interworking across networks-Provide engineering/deployment support during the implementation and turn up of new network nodes and related connections.-Oversee and troubleshoot complex Local Area Networking (LAN) issues and resolving Wide Area Networking (WAN) problems and implementing, integrating, and supporting of cost-effective, high-performance IP and LAN/WAN solutions.Basic Qualifications:-10+ years of network project experience-8 years Data Center Architecture-5+ years of Core network services connectivity and integration-Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA), or higher-WAN circuit provisioning, ACI, Cisco Nexus, Network Security deployment, and installation.-Cisco routing platforms, such as Aggregation Services Routers (ASRs), Nexus, ACI and Integrated Service Routers (ISRs)-Routing protocols and technologies including BGP, EIGRP, DMVPN, GRE-Layer 2 technologies including STP, MST, VLANSPreferred:-Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)-Technical leadership and training to lower-level network engineers.Experience in network engineering within the federal intelligence community-Ability to adhere to a disciplined troubleshooting methodology, and ensure task/mission completion, along with creating and maintaining necessary informationEducation:- BS/BA or equivalent experience or subject matter expertise in the service being provided#INDHCLSMC#L1-NAMPAS2About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
