Auto req ID: 235057BRJob Description ServiceNow ArchitectThis role will be responsible for influencing, guiding, governing, and designing ServiceNow solutions across the entire enterprise (inside and outside of IT) with a broad set of stakeholders. The role will be responsible for the enablement of new products, support enhancements, and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise business systems like SAP, SalesForce, and other services. This role will serve as the lead architect, technical advisor working with IT and non-IT business stakeholders to enable them to fully leverage the functionality provided by the ServiceNow platform to solve their business problems. This role will also lead a team of ServiceNow architects to deliver the previously mentioned scope.Influence, guide, govern, and design ServiceNow solutions supporting the entire enterprise (inside and outside of IT) and with a broad set of stakeholders as a wider variety of products are now leveraging ServiceNow.- Manage relationships with platform Sr Management and Development Leads- Manage development scope, timelines, and ensure development teams stay on track to meet timelines and releases - Perform all aspects of ServiceNow Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of solutions- Implementation and management of all ServiceNow products- Configure, customize ServiceNow in the following areas: Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Employee Portal, and API WebHooks- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc. for all products AF-Tech Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
- 6+ years experience working directly across the ServiceNow platform and product suite
- 2+ years of people management
- 3-4 years of ServiceNow administration and development experience required
- 3-4 years JavaScript development experience
- 3-4 years experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)
- ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certified
- Global Service Management skills in both process and technical areas
- Knowledge in Software Development Lifecycle
- Agile/SCRUM methodology
- ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework Experience
- Strong team player but also able to work independently without supervision
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated success managing and completing complex projects, on time
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
