We own and operate intellectual property LifeSys that supports more than 5 million policies and 30 customers. We are in the middle of a significant Digital Transformation program that will further enhance our platform. We serve customers who are looking for cost optimization opportunities through TPA outsourcing and IT simplification (for open and closed blocks) as well as customers who are looking for a quick turnaround to launch new products with digital interaction capabilities.To be able to address our growing business needs, we are looking for an experienced Insurance Vlocity Solution Architect (iVSA) with deep techno functional experience. Ideal candidate would be someone who has Information technology (IT) background and thorough understanding of various Life & Annuity products as well as supplemental health products that are offered through employers. Understanding of the Salesforce and Vlocity platform, and product data modeling would be of benefit. Apart from their education, IT experience, and strong business knowledge, we are looking for someone who has strong client-interaction and presentation skills. Our goal is to ensure that our solutions are comprehensive, innovative and are future proof with a very clear ROI for our customers.This is a REMOTE/Work from Home U.S. based role.Responsibilities - Provide solution design that is in line with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) best practices for use of data raptor, omni script, cards, and integration procedures - Design leveraging a data driven design framework, and leverage force.com or Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) features as appropriate to the overall design - Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements and sizing of projects based on our preconfigured IP (Intellectual Property) and accelerators. - Drive the design of our Insurance Digital Platform accelerators and IP assets to support our market differentiation and delivery excellence. - Map functional requirements to our available solutions for our Insurance industry BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) offering - Participate in pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development. - Set best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement - Serve as an escalation point for the developers on all technical questions or issues - Work with the Project Manager or Project Coordinator on resourcing needs to meet targeted project plans - Manage deployments and version control - Escalate issues or bugs that might impact the project or potential for customer successBasic Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle engagements - 1+ year experience with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) InsurancePreferences - Experience developing solutions for key business processes in the Life Insurance vertical (i.e. calculation rules, quoting, claims, etc.) - Services/Consulting industry experience working in a customer facing role - Knowledge of Life Insurance industry Policy Admin Platforms - Experience with Vlocity omni script, Vlocity data raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, etc. - Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) - Vlocity Platform Developer certification - BA/BS degree#LI-NAM #INDICSAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
