The

Senior Automation Manager, you will serve as a technical leader in Quality Engineering who will advocate for the proper testing strategies, help us implement fully automated testing, monitor programmatic test coverage, and work with other leaders within the organization.

This position builds the foundation for Tyler's Courts & Justice's new cloud platform automation strategy and continue to automate our existing product suite. It involves working with internal and external people in the company to create automation tests that help us deliver the highest quality products to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Lead automation strategy division-wide. Lead a team of QA Engineers that are responsible for creating automation tests for our Courts and Justice products
  • Implement metrics to measure quality, track over time, and continually improve
  • Innovate with commercially available testing frameworks - Leapwork, Postman, Katalon, etc
  • Establishing POCs to evaluate a given testing technology
  • Collaborate with senior technical staff to standardize testing tools and frameworks and unify testing practices across teams.
  • Develop career tracks and guide the growth of Automation Engineers and Quality Assurance Analysts

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' in a senior leadership role within Quality Assurance
  • 10+ years in Development organization with modern software organization
  • 10+ years experience in recruitment and developing QA teams
  • Experience with software development and design a plus
  • Proven track record of implementing automated testing strategies via commercially available framework
  • Expertise in making testing tools part of CI/CD frameworks
  • Strong ability to work in a collaborative environment

State Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements for Colorado, Connecticut, and Nevada

Salary will generally fall between $86,772 - $150,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
