- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
- 3+ years of experience as a scrum master
- 5+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager.
- Teaching / Mentoring Agile Teams
- Enables the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset
- Coach and Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Train Teams to enable teams to transition to an Agile way of working.
- Setting up governing policies to support Agile-based approaches.
- Define the measurement system by way of identifying relevant metrics.
- Facilitating change in new ways of working.
- Applying System thinking to expose bottlenecks.
- Evaluating and Advising Agile Frameworks.
- Suggesting ways of contracting with vendors and customers.
- Month on month reduction in cycle time
- Improvement in development quality should be reflected in defect trends.
- Improvement in engagement between teams and stakeholders.
- Improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Teams achieving a sustainable pace.
