- Heavy focus on imaging hardware with an even mix of Windows PCs and Macs OS laptop and desktops.
- Daily focus on delivery deadlines.

- Asset Management responsibilities to include:
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs
- Ability to self-start
- Work independently and with a team
- Unboxing/reboxing of hardware to image
- Prepare laptop/desktops for imaging (PXE or USB booting)
- Inventory control/audits
- Professional written/oral communication skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in tech support and administration
- At least 1 year of remote tech administration and end user support
- At least 1 year of experience with Windows 10 or later operating systems
- At least 1 year of experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools (ServiceNow)
- Great Communication Skills- Willing to learn!
- Associates Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or military experience
- 1+ years of SCCM experience
- 1+ years of Windows OS experience
- 1+ years of experience with Active Directory services
- 1+ years of experience with virtualization technologies
- 1+ years of Mac OS experience
- Windows certification(s)
- Apple certification(s)
