The Associate Applications Administrator is the first line of support for designated applications within Tyler's Financial application environment. This includes troubleshooting user issues, user provisioning, availability, performance, monitoring and security of those applications. The Associate Applications Administrator also works with application administrators and affected groups in the organization to ensure that upgrades and application changes/enhancements are tested and documented thoroughly. The Associate Applications Administrator also continually helps evaluate the current solutions to make sure they fit our business model and helps evaluate new potential solutions. This position primarily covers one core application but also maintains secondary responsibilities with other applications as necessary. As a part of Tyler's corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company. Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector.

- Administers the applications of infrastructure, user provisioning and application deployment. Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance (usually outside of regular business hours) of all designated applications.
- Liaise with IT Infrastructure, Networking and other groups on future strategy of platform, capacity planning, upgrades, etc.
- Continually analyze, propose and adapt current business requirements and map to applications.
- Develop and maintain custom reports.
- Create/modify SQL scripts for troubleshooting, reporting, and data mining.
- Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems.
- Document incident resolution for audit tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or related years of experience.
- Basic to Advanced understanding of Accounting principles and practices.
- 3+ years of application or IT experience.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Softrax Enterprise and Softrax Revenue Manager highly preferred; experience with other Sales Order Entry and Billing systems acceptable.
