Business Systems Analyst (Junior - Med)Direct HirePlano, TX (Hybrid 3 days a week)
The Business Systems Analyst will support the product team with organizing process documentation, change management, sourcing business/technical requirements and writing user stories/features/epics. This person will play a pivotal role in producing the best possible products for our team to use and thrive in their jobs.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.Formulating and defining the system scope and objectives for projects, based on user needs and business processes.Identifying and documenting all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes.Creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Features, and Epics.Flowcharting the existing business process and maintaining an up-to-date diagram as system changes are implemented.Manage ongoing communication and rapport with business stakeholders.Defining, documenting, and tracking defect/issues through the life of the project.Creating requirements for QA and UAT. Reviewing tests and reporting back to the business with findings and progress.Key CompetenciesExcellent experience with JIRA and Confluence.Experience with IT project management and Development processes.Experience with business process modeling and technical documentation.Ability to work independently, under general direction.Ability to work with key business stakeholders.Well Organized, can handle a fast pace working environment.Excellent written communication and presentation skills.Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant position.Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
